It has been brought to my attention on the following:
Past practices has had Sundays as an optional day for Working Out.
Our policy states we must workout 60 minutes every 24 hour shift. (See Below) PHYSICAL FITNESS Policy
If we are going by past practices, I'd like to see the policy reflect that.
If we are going by the policy as it stands, please pass the word....

Troy,
The policy is the policy and you are correct. The only option on Sunday is the time that fitness shall occur. M-S it is 0830 or Heuser Health class at 0830 and 0930. Any Questions please holler!

Thank you for clearing that question up but I have another question in regards to fitness. What are the log books in the work out area at each station actually for? Are they there as proof of working out on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday? If so, who checks them? What are the consequences for not signing the book?? Are they to be used to chart fitness progress and exercise routines for the individual? I would greatly appreciate some enlightenment on the subject, if at all possible. I have more than likely used my quota for questions for the year with this one post but I had to ask.

The books are in the work out areas so you can log the days that you work out that you are not reporting to station 1 for the Heuser workouts. The individual that is in charge of the shift that day should be sure that those working out sign the book. This is done for a couple of reasons such as a member (may tweak a back) or something and needs to go to Baptistworks, there is a form of documentation that they did in fact work out that day and since there is no training sheet competed for the non Heuser days. The books should be monitored by the supervisors as in being sure those working out sign them. As for the consequences of not signing them, it is verification that we did our 60 minutes of fitness for the day if ever there is a question if it was done or not, (acting as does our training sheets for Heuser days).
Thanks
